“1st room had cat piss smell very bad. They changed us to another room but the condition of both rooms were poor. Peeling paint & wallpaper, stained carpeting throughout.”

“The suite rooms were very spacious and the staff appeared helpful at the front desk & housekeeping. The television did not work two of the nights. The complementary breakfast was put out at 5 am so if you ate later the biscuits were hard and the bacon, eggs and gravy were overcooked. If you had to ask attendant for anything he acted like it was a bother.”

“No refund. Room was heavily scented. I have allergic reactionary could not keep the room. Since I was traveling, it was difficult to get another room at late notice. Ruined my day”

“It's the second time that I've stayed at this facility in three years. The hotel is acceptable. Relatively clean. Desk staff is helpful. Unfortunately over a three day stay, housekeeping didn't visit the room even one time. Towels everywhere. Trash overflowing the tiny trash cans. No beds made. Etc. Breakfast is pretty weak. Additionally, the room was incredibly humid and musty. The price was good and your local options are limited, so.....just know that you're not getting much...

“The room was terrible! The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor and smelled like mold. (Now I am sick!) The water in the shower did not drain out. The coffee maker in the room did not work. Was promised a ground floor room or one near the elevator and I got NEITHER! was put in a different building with NO elevator and on the second floor. I'm over 70 yrs. old and it was hard going up and down the stairs. I understand there was soldiers there working, but young men can climb stairs a...

“let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much.....
